The Cedar Rapids Ice Arena is the only place you can race in Iowa!!!


What we offer:

  • No coaching fees
  • Free loaner skates for beginners (limited supply - please call ahead)
  • Recreational speed skating for individuals or the whole family
  • Training for competitive speed skating
  • Entry-level skating into regional, national and Olympic competition
  • Affordable cost to try and get started

 
What to bring:
 

REQUIRED equipment to get on the ice:
  • Helmet -  (bicycle or skateboarding helmet will work)
  • Skates - bring your own or we can provide
  • Long Sleeves and pants
  • Gloves

 RECOMMENDED equipment:

  • Knee pads (volleyball or inline skating type will work)
  • Neck guard
  • Shin guards (soccer type)
