Interested in Speed Skating?  You have come to the right place!

Cedar Rapids is the only place you can race in Iowa!!!!

Come Join us for a fun practice.  See our schedule for dates and times.

Skaters of all ages and abilities are welcome to skate with us.  We have entry level skates and equipment for those who want to try the sport.

What to bring:
  • REQUIRED equipment to get on the ice
  • Helmet - REQUIRED (bicycle or skateboarding helmet)
  • Skates - if you have your own, otherwise, we can provide
  • Long Sleeves and pants
  • Gloves
  • RECOMMENDED items
  • Knee pads (volleyball or inline skating type will work)
  • Neck guard
  • Shin guards (soccer type)
